Four BIPOC, low-income, first-gen friends working as RAs at their PWI college are doing the work to make their dreams come true. But as the academic year goes on and each of them find themselves struggling to support themselves, they wrestle with the question of they can support those they love when they themselves are falling apart, and how can they ask for help before it’s too late.
